The brief for this new build project was to create a coastal family home that seamlessly blended elegance with practicality. Heliconia was appointed to conceptualize the entire home, starting with the floor plan and exteriors to every aspect of the interiors, including the all important selection of furnishings. Every aspect, both inside and out, was a result of thoughtful and strategic decisions, from the personalised window profiles to the carefully crafted upholstered window seats, the stylish waterfall edge of the kitchen island to the subtle strip lighting in the walk-in-robe. Working in collaboration with our team of professionals, including Action Plans, Method Building, and Luxe Joinery, the outcome is a refined coastal aesthetic and a warm family retreat that exudes invitation.
