Returns & Exchanges Policy

Please take the time to select your items carefully, as we are unable to offer returns for Lighting or Furniture products. If you have any questions about your product before purchasing, we'd be happy to help via email at hello@heliconiaandco.com.au

Faulty or Damaged Items

We have carefully chosen each item in our online catalogue with a focus on quality and supplier reliability. If, however, you notice a fault or damage to your product on delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of the receipt of goods and provide quality images of the damaged product, both close up and in context of the item. Send requests for returns through to hello@heliconiaandco.com.au Requests received after 48 hours will not be able to be processed.

If the request to return is approved, the item must be returned to us unused and in its original packaging with tags on. Once your return is received, we will be in touch with a store credit for you to purchase your new items or with a refund to you. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item/s to us. We recommend using a trackable postal service as Heliconia & Co. cannot be held responsible for lost returns. 

Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed.

Rug & Homeware Returns

Rug and Homewares products may be exchanged for a store credit, if applied for within 14 days of receipt, and at our discretion.  For Rugs, the store credit is less the original shipping fee + a re-stocking fee of 10% of the value of the rug. For Homewares products, the store credit is less the original shipping fee + a $20 re-stocking fee. The credit will be issued once the goods have been received by us and inspected. Goods must be returned in the original condition they were purchased with any packaging and tags still attached. Gift cards, sale items, items purchased using a discount code, specially ordered products, and artworks are not returnable or exchangeable. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item/s to us. We recommend using a trackable postal service as Heliconia & Co. cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
