Returns & Exchanges Policy
Please take the time to select your items carefully, as we are unable to offer returns for Lighting or Furniture products. If you have any questions about your product before purchasing, we'd be happy to help via email at hello@heliconiaandco.com.au
Faulty or Damaged Items
We have carefully chosen each item in our online catalogue with a focus on quality and supplier reliability. If, however, you notice a fault or damage to your product on delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of the receipt of goods and provide quality images of the damaged product, both close up and in context of the item. Send requests for returns through to hello@heliconiaandco.com.au Requests received after 48 hours will not be able to be processed.
If the request to return is approved, the item must be returned to us unused and in its original packaging with tags on. Once your return is received, we will be in touch with a store credit for you to purchase your new items or with a refund to you. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item/s to us. We recommend using a trackable postal service as Heliconia & Co. cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed.
